Taylor's work buddies always treated her like one of the guys, and that wasn't always a good thing. Like when she finds herself being dragged to a strip club called The Lacy Garter for a bachelor party. She's resigned herself to a night of playing along to get along.

Then the lights go down and she sees Jasmine for the first time.

Jasmine was marking time waiting for something better to come along. Only she didn't know what "something better" was. All she knew was she could make more in one night at The Lacy Garter than she could in a couple of weeks at her old job. Put up with the bullshit long enough to save a big chunk of change. That was the plan and she didn't have time for personal entanglements.

Until she stepped out onto the stage and saw Taylor.

Two girls who weren't looking for love. Two girls who have every reason not to get involved. Two girls who might just find love. If they can get out of their own way long enough to let fate take its course!

I would suggest this book for someone waiting for a delayed plane. High literature it is not, but it is enough to distract one for a couple of hours.

Stripped A Lesbian Romance edition by Mia Archer Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews

Mia Archer never disappoints me. I look forward to her short stories, however there were quite a few grammatical errors in this story that I don't normally see from her.
Wow! This is one of my new favorites! I love the characters. The realistic conversations between them. Love seeing the strength displayed by both main characters. A must read!
I have read a few of Mia Archer stories and i cant say i love them all but i do like a few ans this falls in that category. The story is not too deep and neither are the characters but its still good and you are given enough to feel apart of it. Her endings always leave you with wanting more, wanting to know what happens next; but they are happy in a sense. Free on kindleUnlimited, i was glad to take some time to read it
I was looking for a quick read for free on kindle unlimited and this did the trick. It was a cute story, however it lacked a lot of basic editing. Many sentences had an extra word, were missing a word or had a word switched from what was intended. Silly things like printing to instead of too were common. Even if the book was free, a preliminary read-through for errors should have taken place before publishing.
(Disclosure I received an ARC.)

Stripped is a very enjoyable book that delivers all the important elements of a romance likable characters, strong emotional connection, a true sense of the leads making each other better people, and a happy ending. The narrative style is easy to read and flows well for the most part. There are, however, some uneven moments due to technical problems.

It is easy to connect with both Taylor and Jasmine, especially as they are introduced. As their relationship develops, it is easy to see how they help each other re-engage with life and to want them to be happy together. The conflict that they have to overcome is easy to see coming but is handled well. Their lack of trust in both each other and themselves is believable and feels real in part to how quickly (almost unbelievably so) they get together. The supporting characters work but the adversaries for each lead are a little over the top and a bit too identical in how they act. The only part of the relationship and the conflict that bothered me is how much time is spent on Taylor not trusting Jasmine while ignoring Jasmine’s lack of trust but ultimately that’s a fairly minor concern and may not bother anyone else.

The problems with the book come from proofreading and formatting. There are a number of places where words are missing, the wrong word is used, or phrases are repeated. There a few sections of text that show up oddly in the kindle app if you use something other a white background, in my case, white instead of the black background selected. Eliminating background colors in the formatting code would fix it. I feel that the book needed a last review before being released. Both issues were not enough to stop me from enjoying the book or to reduce the rating but they were irritating.
The story plot takes too long to get to the point, too many repetitive sentences and individuals name, feels like a teenagers story, the pages are fill with only 2 or 3 sentences.
Not even worth my time to read so I stopped about half way through. Terrible writing. Could have been a pretty good story.
I would suggest this book for someone waiting for a delayed plane. High literature it is not, but it is enough to distract one for a couple of hours.
